Video Tape Clips: Every edited/chosen segment will be equal to one photo (30 seconds or less), so make sure and count/number them accordingly, using written descriptions on your numbered post-its -- like “Baby in high chair” or “boy riding bike" etc. Or, if you know how, camera or VCR time codes can be used for tapes. Just make sure the tape is completely rewound and the time code reads 00:00:00 before you start. Then you can write the segment time codes on the post-it. If we are not sure of which sections you want, we will contact you for clarification. So please be as precise as you can. We also accept video clips from your digital camera. Just add them to a disk or card and send them to us and we can add them into your video.

Video Corrections: We send you a private link to view your video and make any corrections. 1st corrections are free. 2nd corrections are free if our fault. Any other corrections are $30 each time we go back and change the video.


All packages should be paid in full after product is approved. We require a 50% deposit when pictures are sent and the remaineder before we send back your pictures and DVD’s. All DVD’s are guaranteed to work in DVD players, or return for replacement.
