Video of Destination Wedding

One of the more popular ways to get married these days, is to have a destination wedding.  The couple picks a place they would like to visit, and arrange for a small group of friends to travel with them and get married there.  Afterwards the couple stays there for their honeymoon.  It is a more intimate setting and usually done in beautiful surroundings.  Most of the time the couple hires a photographer for this type of wedding, but they don't always hire a videographer.  Which is a shame, because when they get back many friends who cannot attend want to see and experience the wedding with the couple and a video is the best way to do this.

This doesn't have to be the end to this.  Many of your friends at the wedding may of filmed it.  They could of filmed it with a video camera, a digtial camera that takes video or with their Iphones.  If they captured some film of the event, Tears of Joy Video can take that video and along with pictures create a story.

The video above is a sample of how we did this.  This couple had a small wedding with family and a few friends on the beach in Hawaii.  The brides aunt took video, and though the sound was washed out by the sound of the waves, we were able to use the video and pictures to tell a story.  This video was a short one created for a party given by their friends when they first arrived back and later we created a longer version.
